ThredUP and Project Re:Made

I always talk about how much money I save by thrift shopping but I have never mentioned how much thrift shopping helps the environment.  Recycling clothing is one of the easiest ways for me to do my part, in my opinion it’s a win win for everyone!

Just in time for Earth Day 2018 team thredUP has commissioned 12 artists to create artworks in response to the statement “Climate Change is Not Real”. The creations are a mix of cute, funny, ironic and provocative tongue-in-cheek response to climate change denial. They screen-printed the works onto secondhand white tees from their inventory and are selling them.   All net proceeds benefit carbon offset non-profit Cool Effect who is fighting hard to reduce carbon pollution.
