Leggings have become a wardrobe staple for many women, even before working from home became the new norm. While going through my dry cleaner storage container I stumbled upon a pair of black faux leather leggings. Okay, I guess I should explain what this container is. I keep all the thrifted clothing that I cannot hand or machine wash in a storage container. Before Covid I would make bi-weekly trips to the dry cleaners but of course that has not been possible. Now back to the leggings. They cost 4.00, are made by HUE and were brand new with the Macy’s department store tags still on them. Since they are not real leather I decided to throw them in the washing machine and lay flat to dry. After about two days of drying time they were perfect and ready to wear.
Not only are the leggings so very comfortable, they can be styled several ways. Modesty is key for me so I decided to show how to wear them three different ways for those of us that are 40 plus.
So the good thing is all the items in the photo (with the exception of the thrifted leggings) were purchased online recently. I have posted the links to all the items below.
Stay tuned for Look #2 and as always let me know what you think.
